- Marketing and Sales -

Marketing is the process of creating awareness for your product or services while communicating its value to the people who can actually buy it. Traditional Marketing is dominated by TV commercials, print campaigns, media announcements. Advertising is the activity of publishing advertisements that draws customers attention towards the product or service and encourages the customer to purchase it. Advertising and promotions are thought as the same but they aren’t really the same. There is a difference between Promotion and Advertisement. Advertising is a type of promotion. Promotion is a process of making a product or service known/reach to the customer. Types of Promotions mainly used are:

  • 1. Advertisements
  • 2. Brochures/Flyers
  • 3. Hosting promotional events
  • 4. Business cards
  • 5. Well designed website

Branding is the process of giving a meaning to specific company, products or services by creating and shaping a brand in consumers’ minds. It is a strategy designed by companies to help people to quickly identify their products and organization, and give them a reason to choose their products over the competor’s, by clarifying what this particular brand is and is not.
Selling is about exchanges in value between people. Each must have something the other wants, otherwise there’s no need for an exchange. The exchange can be about a variety of things: ideas, problems, dreams, information, data, opinions, and, sometimes, money. Ongoing sales channels are Branch offices,Distributors, Stockists, Retailers, OEMs, Exclusive and Non exclusive retail outlets. The term "retailer" is typically applied where a service provider fills the small orders of a large number of individuals, who are end-users, rather than large orders of a small number of wholesale, corporate or government clientele. An Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is a company that produces parts and equipment that may be marketed by another manufacturer. Exclusive and non-exclusive partner have their place in sales. Exclusive agreements protect vendors and their partners from either party working with competition for a set period of time. By signing an exclusivity agreement, you both agree to work together to sell a product or service in a specified market. Exclusivity affords partners the freedom to develop the market without having to worry about a competing reseller taking some of the market they invested to create. Non-exclusive agreements allow competing partners in a specified market. While these partnerships may lack the comfort of exclusivity, competition might prove to be the daily kick to get performance in the marketplace. A stockist of a particular product is someone who sells this product in their shop. A distribution channel is a chain of businesses or intermediaries through which a good or service passes until it reaches the end consumer. It can include wholesalers, retailers, distributors and even the internet coming to payment solution part, the company offers numerous POS(point of sale), online and mobile payment processing options. You can accept all major payment types, including credit, debit, gift and direct debit cards. The pricing is also customized to fit your business needs.
Developing effective human relation skills is also crucial to establish and maintain productive business relationships. An Intermediary put buyers and sellers together without taking ownership of the product, service or property. They act as go-betweens. They are not wholesalers or distributors, which buy products and then resell them. “Integrated Dealership Platform" is all about the dealership of multiple businesses through a unified platform .
